Digital Presso Co., Ltd., a company developing and operating the AI-based on-site data automation solution ‘Rename DP,’ will actively participate in building Gwangju’s AI and semiconductor industry ecosystem through this agreement.

Rename DP is a SaaS solution that automatically collects and classifies large volumes of photos and metadata generated at construction sites and public infrastructure environments (such as utility poles, streetlights, and facilities) using AI, enabling the automatic generation of various regulatory compliance reports as well as providing management insights.

As the government has recently strengthened regulations on safety and quality management at construction sites, Rename DP has been gaining attention as an AI-driven on-site data management platform optimized for safety and quality control.

Through this agreement, Digital Presso plans to collaborate with the Gwangju AI cluster and apply Rename DP to on-device AI demonstration projects based on domestically developed AI semiconductors (NPUs). The company also intends to work with local universities and research institutions to build next-generation safety and quality management models based on real-world validation data.

In addition, Digital Presso will establish an R&D base in Gwangju and plans to contribute to local youth employment and the cultivation of AI talent by hiring regional professionals in the future.
