On October 21, 2023, SB Korea (SVEE Korea), an in-house venture of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), and Digital Presso entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen their strategic partnership.

This agreement is regarded as a significant step toward maximizing market competitiveness by combining the technological capabilities and business expertise of both companies, as well as reinforcing their position in the global market.

In addition to the MOU, SB Korea also signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to invest in Digital Presso.

This demonstrates the two companies’ commitment to going beyond a simple partnership and pursuing mutual growth through continuous investment and support.

Through this MOU, SB Korea plans to actively promote joint marketing initiatives and global investor outreach by integrating its ‘Pole Protector’ product with Digital Presso’s ‘Rename DP’ solution.

Digital Presso is expected to strengthen its product competitiveness and accelerate its global expansion by securing technical support and improved market accessibility through this agreement.
